Good breakfast options with a variety of cereals and toast available. The common bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.
Loud neighbors and creaky floorboards ruined the sleep experience. Limited shower availability with only two, and the room felt cramped for two travelers with luggage. The fire alarm panel was malfunctioning and beeped through the night.

The location was perfect and I could use free parking nearby. Dined at Macau, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Room 6 was spacious, super clean, and had a nice sink unit, a cozy sofa, and plenty of tea and coffee options. The fact that only guests can access the hotel. Breakfast in the cafe was a highlight. It offered a good selection of cereals and bread. The bathroom being down the hall was a slight inconvenience. There were also noisy floorboards in the shared areas, which disrupted my sleep a bit. I valued my stay here and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly option in Belfast. I plan to return when I'm in town again.

Budget-friendly for students
Katrina, who checked us in was great! The fully stocked kitchen had a great chalkboard feature wall to sign, it was fun sitting eating a takeaway pizza while reading the locations people had visited from around the world.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still an acceptable choice.
